1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Zoom & Go Rides services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Important: These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Zoom & Go Rides.

2. Service Description

Zoom & Go Rides provides premium transportation services including:

Airport transfers and pickups
Corporate transportation
Special event transportation
City tours and sightseeing
Long-distance travel

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

3. Booking and Reservations

Booking Process

All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized channels
Advance booking is recommended, especially for airport transfers and special events
Same-day bookings are subject to availability
All booking details must be accurate and complete

Confirmation

You will receive a booking confirmation via email or SMS. Please verify all details and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.

4. Payment Terms

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
PayPal
Bank transfers (for corporate accounts)
Cash (for certain services)

Pricing

All prices are quoted in USD and include applicable taxes
Prices may vary based on distance, time, vehicle type, and demand
Additional charges may apply for waiting time, tolls, and special requests

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by Customer

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup
Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% charge
Cancellations within 2 hours: 100% charge
No-shows: 100% charge

Cancellation by Company

We reserve the right to cancel services due to weather conditions, vehicle breakdown, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

                Note: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
            

6. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

Provide accurate pickup and drop-off information
Be ready at the designated pickup time and location
Treat drivers and vehicles with respect
Follow all safety instructions
Not consume alcohol or illegal substances in vehicles
Not smoke in vehicles
Pay for any damage caused to the vehicle
Comply with local laws and regulations

7. Safety and Liability

Safety Measures

All drivers are licensed and background-checked
Vehicles are regularly inspected and maintained
Comprehensive insurance coverage is maintained
GPS tracking for all vehicles

Limitation of Liability

Zoom & Go Rides' liability is limited to the cost of the transportation service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Important: Customers are advised to maintain their own travel insurance for additional protection.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through:

Direct negotiation between parties
Mediation if negotiation fails

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
